Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing and shipping.

If you need us to prioritize the processing of your order or wish to change the shipping method to express delivery, please contact us via email at cs@jovs-beauty.com.

Please note that we will make every effort to expedite the processing and dispatch of your order upon receiving your request. However, certain circumstances may prevent us from prioritizing the order as requested.

If the order has already been shipped, we will be unable to modify the shipping method. We appreciate your understanding.

You will receive a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships.

Notice:

1. Force Majeure Exemption:
JOVS shall not be held liable for logistics delays caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters (e.g., earthquakes, typhoons), pandemic control measures, wars, strikes, or customs clearance delays.
 

2. Risk and Loss:
All goods purchased from us are subject to transportation contracts. This means the risk of loss and ownership of such goods transfers to the customer upon our delivery to the carrier.

 

3.After-Sales Claims Process

1) Time Limits
Loss/Non-Delivery: A report must be submitted within 7 calendar days after the package is marked as "Delivered."
Incorrect Shipment/Damage: Must include clear photographic evidence with the shipping label within 48 hours of receipt.

2) Handling Rules
All express delivery issues must be reported via the customer service email: cs@jovs-beauty.com.

JOVS reserves the right to:

  • Request supplementary proof (e.g., unboxing videos).
  • Deny replacements/refunds based on individual case assessments.
  • Prohibit secondary returns for free replacement items.


4. Other Important Notes

Address Accuracy:
Customers will need to cover the cost of reshipping if the address provided is incorrect.

Customs Duties/Taxes:
The import duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country are the customer’s responsibility. If unpaid taxes/duties result in the package being returned, a 20% storage fee will be deducted.
