Return & Exchange Policy

At JOVS, if you're not happy with your purchase , please contact us at official@jovs-beauty.com, and we will offer you solutions according to your case.

 

RETURN POLICY

Return Period: At JOVS, product within the warranty period can be returned. For products beyond the warranty period, we regret that we cannot accept any return or exchange requests. (Please note that "Final Sale" and "Gift" items are not covered by this policy.)

 

Return Conditions&Costs: Items must be in brand-new condition, including all gifts and original packaging. JOVS defines "brand-new" as items with unopened packaging.
For returns due to non-quality-related reasons, customers will need to cover the round-trip shipping costs and processing fees. Customers will need to return the item at their own cost, and the original shipping fee&processing fee will also be deducted from the refund. Please note that the fees vary by country. Typically, for the United States region, we charge a total of $15. For other countries, please feel free to inquire via email for specific details.

Return Procedure

1.To initiate a return, please first send your return request to our official customer service at official@jovs-beauty.com. The email must include:

①The original order number and the exact name of the product to be returned;

②A brief reason for the return.

2.Our customer service will process your request in 2 business days and contact you to discuss the further return process. All returns are subject to evaluation by JOVS.

 

3.Once the return request is approved, our customer service will send you the return address. Please send us the shipping courier and tracking number of return packages so that we can track it and arrange a refund after receiving the return package.

 

4.Please package the product carefully and return it in original packaging to avoid damage during transportation. All products should be returned with all original packaging, accessories and free gifts, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product.

 

5.Please notify us when the package is delivered: In order not to delay the refund progress, please contact official@jovs-beauty.com to inform the delivery of the package, and we will process your return request in 1-3 business days.

 

Once we approve the return package meets the return standard, your refund will be issued to your original payment. Please allow 7-15 business days for its billing circle.

 

We Will Not Accept A Return Of Any Merchandise Under The Following Conditions:

1.All product not purchased from JOVS.com.

2.If your items were purchased at Amazon, Target, or other retailers, please contact 3.the retailer to arrange for a return or exchange.

4.The device is damaged due to improper personal use.

5.All product appearance is naturally stained by use.

 

 

Exchange Procedure

②The reason for exchange. If the exchange is due to a product quality issue, please describe the problem in detail and provide relevant video to show it, so that our after-sales team can process your request more quickly.

 

2.Our customer service will process your request in 2 business days and contact you to discuss the further exchange process. All exchanges are subject to evaluation by JOVS.

 

3.Once the exchange request is approved, our customer service will send you the return address. Please send us the shipping courier and tracking number of return package so that we can track it and arrange replacement after receiving the return package.

Please package the product carefully and return it in the original packaging to avoid damage during transportation.

 

4.Please notify us when the package is delivered: In order not to delay the progress of replacement, please contact official@jovs-beauty.com to inform the delivery of the package, and we will process your replacement in 1-3 business days.

 

 

Please Note

Since our products are for skin-to-skin use, considering experience, safety and health of every JOVS customer, JOVS temporarily does not provide free returns or exchanges for products not caused by product quality problems. Therefore, customers will need to return the item at their own expense.

Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer service team via email at official@jovs-beauty.com.

Please provide the reason for canceling the order when contacting us, as this will help us process your request more quickly.

Please note that orders that have not yet shipped at the time our customer service team receives the cancellation request can be canceled.

If the order has already shipped, it cannot be canceled. In this case, you may return the package once received. A refund will be issued after the return is received by us. If the cancellation is due to personal reasons, you will be responsible for both the outgoing and return shipping costs.

 

 

Price Match

We offer a price guarantee service within 7 days from the date of your receipt. If during this period, the price on our official website is lower than the price you purchased at, we can assist you with a refund of the price difference.

If we can make an adjustment, the price difference will be returned to your original payment account in 7-15 business days.

Clearance and Final Sale merchandises are not eligible for price match adjustment.

 

About Refund

For cancellation, refund of price difference or return for refund, we will handle the request in 3 business days. Normally, you will receive the refund in your original payment account in 7-15 business days. It depends on the bank's timeliness.

Late or missing refunds: If you haven’t received a refund after 15 business days since the refund is issued, please check your bank account first. If the refund is still not shown in your bank account, please contact your bank, it may take a few days before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've tried all above methods but still fail to receive it, please contact us.
