1 Year Limited Warranty Policy

JOVS warrants this device for 1 YEAR after the original date of purchase against defects due to faulty workmanship or materials arising from Normal Use of the device.

 

If your product experiences a malfunction or quality issue under Normal Use, please contact us via our official email at official@jovs-beauty.com. In your email, please describe the issue clearly, include your order number, information about the faulty product, and provide a video showing the malfunction or quality issue. We will verify the issue based on the video provided. If the product is confirmed to have a quality issue, we will offer a free Exchange. Please note that if a video of the issue cannot be provided, JOVS may be unable to offer after-sales service. JOVS reserves the final right of interpretation for these terms.

 

Claims under warranty must be supported by reasonable evidence that the date of the claim is within the warranty period. To validate your warranty, please keep your original purchase receipt and serial number on the product with these warranty conditions for the duration of the warranty period. Replacement products claimed under warranty are not entitled to renew 1-year warranty coverage.

 

Please Note: 

①Cosmetic changes due to regular wear and tear or damage from accident, misuse, or neglect are not included. Any attempt to open or disassemble the device (or its accessories) will void the warranty policy.

②If the device is damaged due to improper personal use (including breakage), the warranty is not available to apply under the situation.

③Returns due to product quality problems can only be exchanged.

④We only accept warranty or after-sales inquiries for orders placed on our official website and provide corresponding services. For products purchased through other channels, please contact the respective channel provider for further assistance.
