User Data Deletion Instructions
JOVS-AGENT is an internal advertising management application.
If you would like to request deletion of data associated with your Facebook or Meta account, please email service@jovsdiary.com with the subject “Facebook Data Deletion Request”.
Please include your name and the Facebook account or Business Account information necessary for us to identify the relevant data. Do not include your password or access token.
After verifying the request, we will delete the applicable data and provide confirmation within 30 days.
If JOVS-AGENT has not stored any personal data associated with your account, we will confirm that no deletion is required.
