- The hair removal device's trial period is at least 60 days from the receipt date but for no more than 90 days. All 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee applications MUST be submitted within 90 days of receiving your JOVS Hair Removal Handset.(mini)
- You must complete at least 16 hair removal treatments, and take a photo of the area/s you are treating before each of the sessions. (All images MUST have valid time and date stamps) If there are no noticeable results in hair reduction, email your photos to firstname.lastname@example.org each week, and a total of 8 photos for 8 weeks with your order number, then we will review your application. Please contact us to get photo sample.
If the above condition is satisfied, please complete the following return steps:
- Please provide your' email address, order number, quantity, first name, last name, address, zip code, and please confirm the package is opened or sealed. What is more, please tell us the reason for return". And then, send it to email@example.com(All contents MUST be returned in the original JOVS packaging)
- Our team will reply to the return authorization information and inform the return address within 48 hours. *Please do not return before the authorization
- If the hair removal device has product problems within 90 days of receiving date and you need to return the JOVS hair removal device, we will be responsible for your return shipping cost.
- Please note that for non-quality problems, the customer will be responsible for the cost of return.
- Please note: If the hair removal device is damaged due to improper personal use (including breakage), the warranty is not available to apply under the situation.
If your application does not meet our return criteria, you will not be approved for a refund. Incomplete or illegible claims will not be refunded.
1 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY POLICY
JOVS warrants this device for 1 YEAR after the original date of purchase against defects due to faulty workmanship or materials arising from Normal Use of the device.
Please contact us if you find a defect, such as not being able to turn on the device. (In some regions, we may charge a service fee of 20% of the order price, please contact our customer service for details. ) All interpretation rights belong to JOVS.
Claims under warranty must be supported by reasonable evidence that the date of the claim is within the warranty period. To validate your warranty, please keep your original purchase receipt and serial number on the product with these warranty conditions for the duration of the warranty period. Replacement products claimed under warranty are not entitled to renew 1-year warranty coverage.
- Cosmetic changes due to regular wear and tear or damage from accident, misuse, or neglect are not included. Any attempt to open or disassemble the device (or its accessories) will void the repair.
- If the device is damaged due to improper personal use (including breakage), the warranty is not available to apply under the situation.
- Returns due to product quality problems can only be exchanged.
